Ibrahim
Quraishi
Director / Writer / Concept Developer
Visual artist whose work includes different mediums; photography, photo painting, video, film and performance installation. ArtNet named him one of the top 50 contemporary European artists in 2017 and wrote about him:
"Defined by a nomadic existence and dividing his time in multiple cities between Europe & the Middle East, Quraishi consciously examines the dynamics of migration, dispossession and cohabitation within the highly rigid socio-political spheres of imagined communities inside the contours of the visual arts context, while freely playing with the tensions between the complexity of the real and our longing for simplicity."

Julia
Braenzel
Lead Developer / Writer / Concept Developer
Game developer with a strong background in Photonics / Physics, data analysis and experimental media design. She holds a PhD in physics in relativistic laser plasma physics and is an audio-visual artist specialising in novel narrative structures, that concern and reflect the audience's perception and knowledge transfer in general.
For game development in VR, as a new media, her focus lies on creating intuitive navigation and interactivity for non-gamer audience experiences.

Xenoangel
Marija Avramović
& Sam Twidale
Xenomorphe Character Design
& Development
They began working together as Xenoangel in 2017. Marija studied painting in Belgrade and then at Beaux Arts de Paris (ENSBA). Sam studied popular music at Liverpool University and taught himself to code. Together they work at the boundary between the artificial and the real, creating virtual worlds populated by AI characters and spirits as well as paintings, texts and physical installations, all of which inhabit the same playful universe.
Their projects grow from scattered seeds of shared fascinations of fiction, film, video games, theory and the future. Their work is about creating alternative worlds, digital or not, dystopian or utopian, not human-centered. It’s about transformation, shapeshifting, existing in multiple realities. They are scavengers of virtual worlds, mutually symbiotic best friends that shift through mediums, forms and roles - virtually and IRL.
